What does Vietnam visa approval letter and how does it look like?

With Vietnam visa approval letter in hand, you will be permitted to board and get your visa stamped at Vietnam international airports .It's a is the letter approved, signed and sealed by Head of Vietnam Immigration Department.

How does Vietnam visa approval letter look like?
It is formed on the A4  size paper. these are following informations:
- Purpose of visit (business or tourist)

- Your full name on passport: first name, last name (  as your name in your passport)

- Date of birth (DOB)

- Nationality

- Passport Number

- Visa type (multiple or single entry)

- Entry and exit time

We would also like to stress the point that, once , you cannot amend any information  on the letter when you got the approval letter issued by Immigration Office. In case you need to change these details or plan to arrive earlier than the approved date, you have to reapply for a new visa approval letter.

There are 2 types of visa approval letter as follow:
Bulk visa approval letter: Normally, you will get bulk applications or up to 30 persons and all applicants’ names are printed on one letter.
Confidential letter: If you are concerned about privacy or security, you can request  for a private letter that only your name,your friend or your family . This kind of letter is have extra cost (8USD/per)
